Registration is not considered complete unless registration has been e-mailed and hard-copy registration has been mailed.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent when a completed registration has been received.

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, December 1st, 2009.- space is limited to 38 TP teams on Friday, December 11th.  Space is limited to 38 LD Teams on Saturday, December 12th. Teams will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis. We will have a Novice and Experienced Team Policy track, and Novice and Experienced Lincoln Douglas track.  Individuals without partners for Team Policy should seek to obtain a partner through their club or outside club contacts, then register as a partner for the Round Robin.

   Dress Code:  Business Casual Attire   

  Registration Fee:  E-mail this registration form to WinterMeltDown@gmail.com and mail hard copy, along with $15.00 per student. Checks can be made out to Susan Hare.

            

* A $5 fee increase has been instituted this year, as a building usage fee was incurred due to the change in location.  As always, we have sought to keep costs at a minimum.

 


November 13, 2009 Update to Brenham Winter Melt Down Registration Information

Note: Additional rooms were found in the new location being used this year. There is now one opening in each of the TP tracks (Advanced and Novice). However, once filled, we will be placing any additional registrations on a waiting list in the event there are cancellations. Please continue to register at this time at wintermeltdown@gmail.com, and we will notify individuals on the wait list as openings become available. LD is students are currently being placed on a waiting list.

We will be having the same local business that provided our lunches last year, Must Be Heaven, providing lunches. 
Lunch will be $6
.  This restaurant is a local favorite. The sandwiches are large, the bread is fresh baked, and the fruit is delicious.  
 
Please print off this e-mail and check off your sandwich meal preferences and enclose this with your registration payment, it will make registration much easier.
 
However, you are not obligated to purchase a lunch.  This is offered as a convenience, so we can keep to our tight
schedule. You may bring your own lunch if you wish.
